1. Go to Assets > Forms. Click on Connect Provider and choose Formstack.

    (Alternatively, you can also go to Connections > Add new connection and choose Formstack).

  2. Copy the shown webhook link and shared secret key, and go to your Formstack form builder.

  3. In your Formstack form builder, go to Form Settings> Emails & Actions > Advanced Settings > Add a Webhook. Click on Add a webhook. Set the configuration as shown below and paste the copied link in Webhook URL. Also paste the copied secret key in Shared Secret.

  4. After this, return to Inflection and click on Proceed in the Inflection form setup. The setup wizard will now be waiting for a test submission. You may provide a test submission to check if the setup was done correctly (recommended) or you may skip this step.

  5. Submissions from your Formstack forms will now show up in Inflection.
