Inflection allows you to import contacts (as emails) via CSV files. The CSV upload feature can also be used to update existing contacts.

When importing your CSV data, you have the opportunity to exercise precise control over how it is imported or mapped to contact fields. Additionally, you can easily add the imported contacts to either new or existing static lists.

Uploading contacts using CSV files

  1. Go to Databases > Contacts or Assets > Static Lists from the sidebar.
  2. Click on Actions on the top-right and choose From a CSV File under “Add contacts”.
