Once connected, submissions received from both Webflow and Formstack will be listed in the Assets > Forms page.
Submissions received from new forms will be listed as Mapping Pending. Submissions received from these forms will NOT be used for creating or updating contacts until its field mapping is completed. Click on the form name to view its details, submissions, field mapping, and errors.
Submissions received from the form will not be used for creating or updating contact properties until the mapping is completed.
Click on a form in the Assets > Forms page. Click on Form Mapping in the Sidebar.
Click on Edit in the top-right corner to edit the field mapping.
Choose the Contact Property you want to map the form field to. Set the mapping rule to either "Update if empty" or "Always Overwrite" as required.
<aside> ⚠️ It is required to map the “Email” contact property to a corresponding form field to save the mapping schema.

<aside> ℹ️ All form fields are received as String data type in Inflection. You can map this data to any contact property within Inflection, as long as the submission data is compatible with the contact property.
For example, textual information from a form field cannot be mapped to an Integer contact property in Inflection.
