You can know that the user you wish to use for the Inflection Salesforce integration meets the minimum requirements by following the steps below.

  1. Click Setup and navigate to Profiles. Select the relevant profile.
  2. Check Profile Permissions
    1. Under Administrative Permissions, ensure the following is checked:
      • ✅ API Enabled
      • ✅ View Setup and Configuration
    2. Under General User Permissions, ensure the following is checked:
      • ✅ Convert leads
    3. Under Standard Object Permissions, ensure the following are checked:
      • Accounts: ✅ Read
      • Campaigns: ✅ Read, ✅ Write, ✅ Create
      • Contacts: ✅ Read, ✅ Write, ✅ Create
      • Leads: ✅ Read, ✅ Write, ✅ Create
      • Note that View All or Modify All permissions are not required.
  3. Check Field Permissions
    1. The custom fields you sync will be determined by your organization.
    2. In the profile detail page, navigate to Field-Level Security. Click View to edit the accessibility for the objects and choose the appropriate access. Note that the profile will need read and edit access to standard fields.
      1. Lead
      2. Contact
      3. Account
