Provisioning your Inflection account

The account provisioning process establishes and activates your Inflection account.

The main admin of the account will receive an invite email from the Inflection team to join the account. The admin will establish a user password via the invite email and sign in to the Inflection account for the first time. Note that an Inflection team member will be an admin in the account to facilitate set up.

Accessing your Inflection account

To sign in to your Inflection account, go to https://app.inflection.io and login using your email address and password.

Inviting new users to your Inflection account

To add new users:

  1. from the Settings tab, navigate to the User tab
  2. from the User tab, click the Invite Users button in the upper right hand corner
  3. enter user name and email address
  4. indicate user role from the dropdown (i.e. Admin or User)
  5. click Send Invite

Authenticating your sending domain

Domain authentication is the process of verifying that an email is sent from the sender they claim to be. It is an important process in blocking harmful content such as phishing scams. Most commonly used email authentication standards are SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Domain authentication is required in order to send email from your Inflection account.
