## Scope of Sync

### Salesforce > Inflection

1. Which will you sync to Inflection?
   1. Leads: `Y/N`
   2. Contacts: `Y/N`
   3. Accounts: `Y/N`
2. How many fields will you sync for each object:
   1. Leads: `# records; # fields`
   2. Contacts: `# records; # fields`
   3. Accounts: `# records; # fields`
3. Will you sync **all** leads/contacts from Salesforce? `Y/N`
   1. If not, note that a selective sync from Salesforce to Inflection requires a Boolean field in Salesforce as a sync filter (example: **Sync to Inflection** = **True**).
4. When leads/contacts are created in Salesforce, should an Inflection contact be created? (This is recommended.) `Y/N`
5. When leads/contacts are deleted in Salesforce, should the related Inflection contact be deleted as well? `Y/N`

### Inflection > Salesforce

1. Will Inflection **create** and **update** lead/contact records? (Will this be a bidirectional sync?) `Y/N`
2. Will you sync **all** Inflection contacts to Salesforce? `Y/N`
3. What are the minimum required fields to create a new lead/contact in Salesforce?
   1. `Email`
   2. `Last Name`
   3. `Company`
   4. Add more as applicable

### Field Mapping

1. Do you have standard or custom fields on lead, contact, or account records that are **not** on the auto-map list below? If yes, custom field mapping will be required (this is likely). `Y/N`
   1. Email
   2. Name
   3. First Name
   4. Last Name
   5. Company Name
   6. Title
   7. Unsubscribed
   8. Phone Number
   9. Person Created Time
   10. Account ID
   11. SFDC ID
