> Viewer role, dynamic list usability enhancements, email template ID in Segment export, and Help Center content in the Inflection Agent.

* **Viewer Role**: Viewer role types have read-only access in Inflection. They can view journeys, dynamic list previews, assets, database records, reporting, and connections, but cannot perform any create, edit, delete, or export functions.
* **Dynamic List Usability Enhancements**: We've made improvements to Dynamic List usability to improve user speed and agility as they segment and target in Inflection:
  * Operators are now organized, more complete, and visual
  * Drop-down lists (like product activities, journey names, etc.) are now alphabetized
  * Multiple values are now accepted for form names, list names, and inbound webhooks
* **Email Template ID Added to Segment Export**: We've added email template ID as a property in Segment bidirectional sync (aka export).
* **Inflection Help Center Content Integrated with Inflection Agent**: The Inflection Agent can respond to support questions by summarizing articles from our Help Center.
