> Trigger Journeys, SFDC Opportunity sync, Data Dictionary, unified mapping enhancements, richer form and webhook filters, and link tracking optimizations.

* **Trigger Journeys**: Trigger Journeys enroll contacts automatically the moment a real-time event occurs, enabling instant follow-up and event-driven automation at scale. Unlike Scheduled Journeys, which run against a pre-defined audience at a set time, Trigger Journeys respond to individual contact actions as they happen when a qualifying event occurs. Qualifying triggers for this V1 version of Trigger Journeys include form submissions and inbound webhooks, and a limited number of flowsteps. Additional qualifying events and flowsteps will be added in future releases.
* **SFDC Opportunity Object (Read)**: Inflection now syncs SFDC Opportunities natively, with no workarounds needed. Users can build Dynamic List audiences filtered by deal stage, amount, close date, and custom fields, and suppress campaigns for contacts in active negotiations.
* **Data Dictionary**: A new Field Insights panel appears inline while building Dynamic List filters, journey audience, or conversion events, showing field population stats, data types, min/max ranges, and a searchable list of real field values directly where you need them. No more guessing what's in a field or filing tickets to understand your data. Admins can also add plain-English field descriptions in Unified Mapping, which surface in Field Insights and power AI agent context via MCP.
* **Unified Mapping Enhancements (Segment identify call traits and deleting fields)**: This change brings two important changes to unified mapping: 1) the ability to map Segment identify call attributes to Contact fields, and 2) the ability to delete Contact and Account fields. Additional enhancements to unified mapping will be added in future releases.
* **Forms/Inbound Webhook Filter Enhancements**: Forms and Inbound Webhooks in Dynamic List audience now support multiple filter conditions, not just one. Marketers can define richer entry criteria for form-triggered journeys, combining conditions like "submitted form X" AND "has property Y" AND "has property Z", reducing the need for downstream branching logic.
* **Link Tracking URL Optimizations**: Tracking URLs embedded in emails (links, images, beacons, unsubscribe) have been reduced by 70 to 80%. This directly addresses email size issues encountered by users with image-heavy newsletters, improves deliverability, and reduces the risk of emails being flagged or clipped by email clients.
