The MMC Dashboard helps you understand how many contacts you’ve processed in a given month, giving you visibility into MMC and non-MMC usage at both a high level and a journey-by-journey level.
MMCs are unique contacts (unique by email address) who route through one or more Inflection journeys in a given calendar month (i.e. August 1-August 31).

Inflection now provides proactive MMC indicators throughout the platform, helping you understand MMC classification before you publish so you can optimize your marketing spend.
When you open any journey, you'll see an MMC or Non-MMC badge in the top navigation bar that indicates the journey's current classification.

How to use:

Important: If you update an asset (e.g., email) from MMC to Non-MMC, the journey's MMC status will not auto-update. You must click the Refresh button in the top bar to recalculate the MMC status.

Both MMC and Non-MMC labels now appear on all email templates throughout the platform, making it easy to choose the right assets when building journeys.
