The following checklist will help you unlock the full potential of the platform.
[ ] Align on the sending domain(s) that will be used for Inflection emails.
[ ] Connect with IT to make sure they can provide a timely response to authenticate the sending domain. If your IT process requires a ticket to be submitted, submit early to ensure no undue delays.
[ ] Connect with your CRM administrator to ensure support for an integration with Inflection. Understand their process and timelines around supporting the integration. Share our documentation and use cases with them.
[ ] Complete our Salesforce Questionnaire and share with your Inflection team and your CRM administrator (as part of the request to support the integration).
[ ] Connect with the Segment administrator to make sure to support an integration with Inflection. Share our documentation and use cases with them. Understand their process and timelines around supporting the integration.
[ ] Complete our Segment Questionnaire and share with your Inflection team and your Segment administrator (as part of the request to support the integration).
[ ] Connect with your data warehouse administrator to make sure they can support an integration with Inflection. Share our documentation and use cases with them. Understand their process and timelines around supporting the integration.
[ ] Complete our Data Warehouse Questionnaire and share with your Inflection team and your Data Warehouse administrator (as part of the request to support the integration).
[ ] Connect with your website administrator and make sure they can add an Inflection tracking script to your website. Share our documentation and use cases with them. Understand their process and timelines around supporting the integration.
[ ] Connect with your security team to make sure you can join a Slack channel with your Inflection team. This is how we collaborate with you on support tickets, coordinate meetings, and share release notes.
[ ] Be ready to work with your Inflection team to find a weekly time to set aside and meet. This will initially be used to work through implementation, and eventually get converted to an ongoing channel for support and partnership.
