  • Viewer Role: Viewer role types have read-only access in Inflection. They can view journeys, dynamic list previews, assets, database records, reporting, and connections, but cannot perform any create, edit, delete, or export functions.
  • Dynamic List Usability Enhancements: We’ve made improvements to Dynamic List usability to improve user speed and agility as they segment and target in Inflection:
    • Operators are now organized, more complete, and visual
    • Drop-down lists (like product activities, journey names, etc.) are now alphabetized
    • Multiple values are now accepted for form names, list names, and inbound webhooks
  • Email Template ID Added to Segment Export: We’ve added email template ID as a property in Segment bidirectional sync (aka export).
  • Inflection Help Center Content Integrated with Inflection Agent: The Inflection Agent can respond to support questions by summarizing articles from our Help Center.
