  • Conversions: Use Conversions to help answer if your journeys are driving the outcomes you care about. Define Conversion events (Marketing actions, Product activities, Contact Field value changes) and link them to your journeys to measure outcomes!
  • Activity Log: We’re introducing the Activity Log, a new tab on the Contact record that provides a chronological view of changes made to the Contact and User record. See exactly what changed, when it changed, and where the change came from.
  • OAuth 2.1 Authentication for Inflection MCP (Beta): Inflection now supports OAuth 2.1 authentication, providing secure, standardized access to our MCP server. This enables seamless integration with AI assistants, automation platforms, and custom applications without sharing passwords. Beta participation will be evaluated on a customer by customer basis.
  • Folder Enhancements: We’ve upgraded the Folders experience with powerful organization tools to help you manage your assets more efficiently. Quickly move single or multiple items into folders by dragging them directly from your list. Sort your folders by creation date (newest/oldest first) or alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A) right from the Folders UI.
  • Timezone Labels in UI: We’ve added timezone labels to all date and time displays across the platform, making it crystal clear when events occurred and when syncs ran, especially valuable for multi-timezone teams!
  • Product Data Explorer Enhancements: We’ve completely redesigned the Product Data Explorer with powerful new capabilities to help you manage and analyze your event data more efficiently. Filter events by status and date ranges. Sort by name, volume, or recency to quickly find what you need. Search by event or property name to discover events even when you only know the property identifier. Export your entire event catalog or filtered views for offline analysis, auditing, or team sharing.
  • Data Type Assignment for Product Activity Properties (Segment Data): Assign the correct data type (Int, Float, String, Boolean, DateTime) to each product activity property, enabling powerful type-specific operators like greater than, less than, and date comparisons.
  • MMC Indicator at Journey Level: We’ve added proactive MMC indicators throughout the Journey building process to help you optimize your MMC management and avoid unexpected MMC consumption.
