  • Inflection Public API (V1): You can now connect to Inflection programmatically to read and manage your data outside the Inflection app. This first version covers contacts (look up, create, and update contacts, and pull their marketing activity, product activity, and linked Salesforce record), static lists (create and manage lists and their members), and email templates (look up, create). This opens the door to syncing Inflection with your own systems and automating routine data work.
  • Personalized Email Asset: A single email can now hold a default version plus a tailored version for each individual contact, so every person receives the message written for them and anyone without a custom version automatically gets the default. There’s never a blank send. Per-contact versions can be generated by an AI agent (i.e. Claude, in Clay, etc.) and sent into Inflection, which makes producing hundreds of individualized emails fast instead of manual.
  • Send Internal Alert (Trigger Journeys): Trigger Journeys now include a “Send internal email alert” step, so the moment a contact takes a qualifying action (like submitting a form), your team gets notified by email in real time. Pick an email template, add one or more internal recipients, and the alert fires automatically as part of the journey. This is ideal for fast sales follow-up and keeping account owners in the loop the instant something happens.
  • Journey Entry/Exit Events in Data Warehouse and Segment Writeback: Inflection can now send journey lifecycle events (when a contact enters, completes, or exits a journey) to your connected data warehouse and your Segment workspace, alongside the email, form, and webhook events we already write back. This gives your data and operations teams a full picture of journey participation in the tools they already use, so they can report on journey performance and pass those events on to other systems.
  • Tracking URL Enhancements: We’ve dramatically shortened the tracking links Inflection adds to your emails (the links behind clicks, images, opens, and unsubscribes). These used to run around 1,200 characters each and are now 70 to 85 percent shorter, roughly 200 to 300 characters. Because those links no longer add so much weight to your emails, your messages are lighter, less likely to be flagged by spam filters or clipped by providers like Gmail, and links are far less likely to get cut off in email clients that shorten long URLs. The improvement is most noticeable in image-heavy emails such as newsletters.
  • New Help Center: We’ve launched a redesigned Help Center to make finding answers, troubleshooting, and self-serve enablement faster and easier.
