Inflection’s user management settings enable you to manage the users of your Inflection workspace based on your organizational needs. With this, you can invite new users to your workspace, assign different roles to the users and update the settings anytime.
Roles
There are three roles in an Inflection workspace: Viewer, User, and Admin. As the name suggests, Admins have complete control over the workspace, they can invite and deactivate users and update user roles anytime. Users have basic access to the workspace, they can create journeys, assets like emails, webhooks, forms, etc. but they cannot invite or edit users or access the workspace settings.
Admin role is usually assigned to marketing operations team while the marketers and content creators would be added as users.
